Deltatre launched a new SaaS-based solution, mtribes, in 2020. The tool enables any media operator running a multi-platform digital or over-the-top (OTT) service to quickly identify user groups and their behaviors, create highly personalized user experiences (UX), and measure the effectiveness of personalization through real-time insights.

mtribes enables marketers and product owners to quickly identify ‘Tribes’ of users that share similar characteristics. To grow engagement and reduce subscriber churn, UX is then configured accordingly – including design, features, and promotions. This is a significant innovation and will impact the way millions of users consume sport, film, and TV.
