City of Melbourne partner with STWS at Australia Sports Innovation Week 2025 for Sports Tech Startup and Investor Day:

(Melbourne, VIC – October 23, 2025) – STWS are delighted to announce City of Melbourne as a Partner for Sports Tech Startup and Investor Day on Thursday 30th October, 2025 at the MCG, a key event during Australia Sports Innovation Week in Melbourne, Victoria.

City of Melbourne is focusing in on particular technology sectors that will support Council’s long term economic development objectives by fostering employment opportunities and driving economic growth. This includes Sports Technology.

Sports Tech Startup and Investor Day is delivered with the mission to showcase APAC’s most exciting startups and innovators in sports, media and entertainment to investors, industry representatives, sporting leagues & clubs to facilitate partnerships, deals and trials to help ideas grow.

City of Melbourne portfolio head for Innovation and Education Andrew Rowse said there was no place like Melbourne to hear the best and brightest minds in sports tech.
