One recent project illustrates the system’s capabilities: Ticketera, a leading ticketing provider in Puerto Rico, relied on vivenu to power the ticketing infrastructure for a 30-show residency by global superstar Bad Bunny. More than 400,000 tickets were sold — with the first nine events restricted exclusively to Puerto Rico residents. This presented a unique operational and security challenge. At the same time, the system had to handle massive demand spikes and high bot activity — all without compromising performance.
